Interpretation and Definitions

The words with initial capital letters have meanings defined below. These definitions apply whether they appear in singular or plural form.

Company refers to CRD Design LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("we", "us", "our").

Customer refers to the individual or business purchasing a Template ("you", "your").

Template refers to any Framer website template sold through tradereadytemplates.com.

License refers to the rights granted to you upon purchase of a Template, as described in these Terms.

Service refers to the tradereadytemplates.com website and all content and products available through it.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our site or purchasing a Template, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our site or make a purchase. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Your use of our site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, available at tradereadytemplates.com/privacy-policy.

Template License

When you purchase a Template, you are purchasing a license to use it. You are not purchasing ownership of the Template or any underlying intellectual property.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Template under the following conditions.

You may:

  • Use the Template to build and publish one website for yourself or one client

  • Customize the Template including colors, fonts, copy, images, and layout

  • Use the Template for commercial purposes on the one licensed website

You may not:

  • Use the same license on more than one website

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the Template files or remix links with anyone

  • Use the Template as a base to create competing templates for resale

  • Include the Template in any product or service that others can download or purchase

  • Claim the Template as your own original work

  • Sub-license or transfer your license to another party without our written consent

If you are a designer or developer purchasing a Template for a client project, your license covers one website for one client. A separate license is required for each additional client website.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your license and may result in legal action.

Payment and Merchant of Record

All purchases are processed by Polar, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions on tradereadytemplates.com. This means Polar is responsible for processing payments, issuing receipts, collecting applicable taxes, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. When you purchase a Template, your payment is made to Polar, not directly to CRD Design LLC.

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. In the event of a pricing error caused by a technical malfunction, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and issue a refund.

No Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the immediate, digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and access to the Template has been provided.

A refund may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the exact same Template twice.

  • Technical fault: The Template is defective or unusable and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

A change of mind, lack of experience with Framer, or purchasing the wrong template does not qualify for a refund.

Chargeback and Dispute Policy

If you have an issue with your purchase, you agree to contact us first at christian@tradereadytemplates.com to resolve the matter before initiating any dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first, or while retaining access to the Template, is a violation of these Terms and may result in:

  • Immediate revocation of your license

  • A permanent ban from future purchases

  • Submission of all access records and policy agreements to the payment processor as evidence

Intellectual Property

All Templates and related content on tradereadytemplates.com are the intellectual property of CRD Design LLC. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Template. It does not transfer ownership of the design, code, or any related intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Tradeready Templates name, logo, and brand identity may not be used without our prior written consent.

Feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas to us, you assign all rights in that feedback to CRD Design LLC. If that assignment is not effective for any reason, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and exploit that feedback without restriction.

Framer Platform

Our Templates are built on Framer. To edit and publish a Template, you need a separate Framer account. Framer's own terms of service and pricing apply to your use of their platform. CRD Design LLC is not affiliated with Framer and has no control over their platform, pricing, or availability.

Affiliate Links

Our site contains affiliate links. We may earn a commission when you click certain links and make a purchase, at no additional cost to you. All affiliate relationships are disclosed in compliance with FTC guidelines.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our site or Templates to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems

  • Scrape or harvest content from our site without permission

We reserve the right to terminate access to any user who violates these Terms.

Disclaimers and Warranties

Our Templates and Service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees that Templates will meet your specific requirements or be compatible with every third-party integration or future Framer update.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRD Design LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Templates or Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the purchase giving rise to the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CRD Design LLC and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your misuse of our Templates or violation of these Terms.

Third-Party Links

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Visiting those sites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use any purchased Template is immediately revoked.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to accomplish its original intent to the extent possible under applicable law. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any breach does not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, you agree to contact us first at christian@tradereadytemplates.com to attempt informal resolution. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New Jersey.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any legal action arising from these Terms or a purchase will be brought in the courts of New Jersey.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our site after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
